ABOUT ME
I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing near Los Angeles, CA, holding a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My professional journey has encompassed diverse clinical environments, including both inpatient and outpatient settings. This range of experience has enriched my understanding of various mental health concerns across different populations, enabling me to provide nuanced and empathetic care.
Currently, my clinical focus centers on assisting clients with managing anxiety, navigating mood fluctuations, coping with significant life transitions, and resolving relational challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in fostering a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered. Together, we work to reestablish alignment with personal values, cultivate emotional balance, and enhance overall psychological well-being.
I employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, carefully tailored to meet each client’s distinctive needs while maintaining a deep respect for cultural context and individual diversity. This personalized method ensures that treatment is relevant, effective, and affirming.
Beyond my clinical practice, I contribute as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring master's and doctoral students. In this role, I guide emerging professionals in refining their clinical competencies and exploring their individual paths within the field of psychology.
Outside of my professional commitments, my personal interests include spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying nature and outdoor activities, reading, and fostering and volunteering with local dog rescues. These experiences enrich my perspective and inform my empathetic approach to therapy, while also sustaining my connection to my personal values.
